About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Customer Experience to shape the core experience for researchers and scientists using ZAGENO. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from search and product discovery to lab supply shopping and checkout.





This role demands a user-obsessed, data-driven product leader who can translate complex research needs into intuitive, AI-powered experiences. You will work at the intersection of marketplaces, personalization, and AI to ensure ZAGENO delivers a seamless, intelligent, and motivating platform for scientists worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across search, discovery, merchandising, and checkout.
- Leverage AI/ML to power personalized recommendations, smarter discovery, and intuitive navigation.
- Build a deep understanding of customer personas—their workflows, motivations, and pain points—and translate insights into product solutions.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to ship engaging, scalable, and user-friendly features.
