In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end shift production activities and ensuring secure, efficient, and high-quality operations on the shop floor. You will need to deliver performance across key KPIs such as OTD, OEE, PEFF, and productivity while driving continuous improvement and team development.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Manage and oversee entire shift production activities
- Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment
- Report first aid cases, near misses, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and process controls
- Coordinate with PED, Maintenance, Quality, and SCM teams to achieve shift KPIs (OTD, OEE, PEFF, OA)




- Ensure production quality and timely delivery of products
- Optimize resource utilization and improve production line efficiency
- Drive multi-skilling initiatives and manpower rotation for flexibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate shop floor teams to achieve operational goals
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production/process issues
- Drive Kaizen and suggestion activities for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with APS, ISO / IATF 16949 standards
- Ensure completion of work orders in ERP systems and maintain production data accuracy
- Follow escalation matrix during downtime or critical issues
- Ensure execution of audits including LPA, 5S, and OPM schedules
- Maintain shop floor discipline, 5S standards, and documentation
- Handle manpower-related concerns and escalate with recommended actions
