This role should be leading the strategic development, execution,



and continuous improvement of the educational programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that all coding staff are highly proficient, compliant, and up-to-date with international coding standards. The Director oversees a team of coding educators, collaborates with operational leaders, creates more self-sufficient and engaging videos to promote self-learning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Program Development
- Design Curriculum: Create, implement, and maintain structured training programs for ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, etc.
- Scale Operations: Standardize training methodologies across global delivery centers
- Career Pathways: Establish clear skilled growth and onboarding tracks for newly hired coders, cross-training programs for existing staff, and leadership tracks for senior coders.

2. Team Management & Mentorship
