In APAC, we are building a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-obsessed sales organisation focused on accelerating growth across the region. We operate with a strong sense of ownership, ambition, and teamwork—partnering closely across Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

About the Role

Mixpanel is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on,



and people-first Head of Sales to lead and scale our business across India and South Asia.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, APAC, this leader will play a critical role in executing regional go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.

This is a player-coach role, ideal for a leader who thrives in quick-paced, high-growth environments and is equally comfortable coaching teams, building pipelines, and engaging directly in deals across segments.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the Indian market, experience operating across multiple sales motions, and a passion for building teams and delivering customer value.
