Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (MCh or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.
- Minimum of 1+ year of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
- Proven experience in performing complex reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures.
- Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, wound healing, and microvascular techniques.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases, and maintain composure in emergency situations.
- Proficiency in using surgical instruments, endoscopic equipment, and digital medical documentation systems.
