About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketo Data Strategy Specialist to help improve the quality, governance, reporting, and operational efficiency of Marketing Automation data (Marketo).
Working alongside Marketing Automation Partners and technical teams, this role focuses on reporting, dashboards, segmentation, campaign data, enablement, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Get to Do:
Reporting & Analytics

Partner with marketing stakeholders and leaders to identify business needs, translate requirements, and design scalable marketing automation solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to marketing teams on campaign strategy, lifecycle design, and automation best practices
Build and maintain Marketo reporting templates and dashboards.
Develop standardized operational reporting.
Support Marketo campaign performance reporting.
Analyze trends and recommend improvements.

Data Operations

Execute data processing requests (i.e. list uploads).
Support Marketo segmentation and audience creation.
Validate campaign and Salesforce data quality




Monitor data quality and governance.

Enablement

Create reporting documentation and user guides.
Develop reusable reporting templates.
Train marketers on reporting best practices.
Improve reporting self-service capabilities.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to simplify reporting workflows.
Improve operational efficiency through standardization.
Support AI-enabled reporting initiatives.
Assist with governance documentation.
