reliability, maintenance excellence, and operational continuity for PM4.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver fabrication jobs within
defined quality, safety, and timeline standards.

· Support maintenance, shutdown,
and reliability initiatives through quality fabrication and repair work.

· Lead fabrication teams in
executing repairs, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.

· Ensure compliance with safety
permits, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.

· Manage fabrication resources,
tools, consumables, and contractor activities effectively.

· Drive cost optimization through
effective material utilization and reduction of rework.

Qualifications & Experience
