Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Extrusion profile feasibility and create counter drawings in the Aluminum extrusion plant.

Key Individual Accountabilities

Strategic
- To build the right strategy for the feasibility study as business starts from the project stage.

Financial
- Ensure optimal tooling and development budgets.

Customer / External Orientation
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the die shop, extrusion team, and external customers to provide solutions and feasibility.

People Orientation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Core Operational Accountabilities
- Feasibility leads time.
- Counter drawing submission.
- Trial coordination.
- Sample inspection and submission to customers within lead time.

- Good experience in aluminium profile feasibility, counter drawing preparation, customer-specific requirements, and feasibility of press size, die size, and related requirements.

Die & Profile Inspection:
- Good experience in die inspection as per design and profile inspection as per counter drawings.

Trial Coordination and Communication
- Good interdepartmental coordination for trials and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Good experience in quality control at source with strong control over die inspection, data-based correction, di
