The Opportunity
As the Director of India Marketing at Nutanix, you will be the architect and chief execution for one of our most dynamic markets. This is a high-impact, role where you will lead a talented local team and work in lockstep with India Sales leadership to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
Operating at the intersection of high-level strategy and relentless execution, you will champion the Nutanix narrative across India. You will optimize a contemporary marketing mix—spanning enterprise ABX, digital demand gen, high-touch executive events, a powerful partner ecosystem —to directly fuel our local expansion in the hybrid multicloud and cloud native and AI markets.
About the Team
As a vital part of Nutanix’s Global Demand Center, you will lead a skilled, diverse, and high-energy team focused on scaling demand initiatives across India and driving Pipeline. Your Role (What You’ll Do)
- Drive Strategy, Own Execution: Architect the comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans for India, utilizing a data-driven approach. Turn that strategy into flawless execution, taking personal ownership of pipeline impact and ROI.
- Lead & Empower: Mentor, manage, and inspire the marketing team. Foster an environment of continuous learning, execution excellence, and accountability.
- Sales & Ecosystem Alignment: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the India Sales Leadership team. Co-develop quarterly pipeline acceleration plans and maximize marketing ROI alongside top channel and alliance partners.
