As a Senior Analyst Engineer II at ICON, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing engineering processes and systems to support our innovative projects and operational objectives. You will contribute to advancing our engineering capabilities through sophisticated analysis, solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth analyses of engineering systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborating with project teams to design and implement engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.
- Overseeing the development and validation of engineering models and simulations to ensure they meet accuracy and performance standards.
- Providing expert recommendations based on data analysis to optimize engineering practices and drive project success.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to integrate best practices into engineering processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and application support activities.
- Work with cloud-based solutions and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices throughout the software development
