Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Freshers (MBA / Bachelor's graduates)

We arre leading Salesforce consulting and implementation partner dedicated to delivering innovative CRM solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers who are eager to build a career in Business Development and who bring energy, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach and professional networking.

● Assist in preparing customized proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

● Support the business development team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.

● Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements.

● Coordinate with internal/technical teams to align client requirements with proposed solutions.





● Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an updated business development pipeline.

● Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads and client interactions in the CRM.

● Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree or MBA (any specialization); freshers are welcome to apply.

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong interest in Business Development and Client Relationship Management.

● Positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to learn.

● Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment.

● Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior internship experience in marketing or business development is an added advantage.

● Exposure to CRM tools or lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork) is a plus.
