Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for our real estate marketing activities. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to create engaging property walkthroughs, project videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit property walkthrough and property showcase videos.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook videos.
- Edit videos for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics and branding.
- Create videos highlighting property features, amenities, location advantages and USPs.
- Edit footage shot by property consultants, photographers and videographers.
- Create client testimonials, agent videos and project promotional videos.
- Optimise videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Perform basic colour correction, sound editing and motion graphics.
- Maintain organised folders for raw footage, edited projects and final videos.




- Work with the marketing team to meet campaign and property-launch deadlines.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
- Knowledge of transitions, colour grading, audio editing and motion graphics.
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of professional video-editing experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, property, architecture, interior design or construction will be preferred.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate projects would be preferred.

- Number of videos/reels delivered monthly.
- Turnaround time for property videos.
- Quality and creativity of edited content.
- Adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engagement/performance of social media videos.
- Timely delivery of project and campaign content.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
