You'll help manage and grow multiple social media brands by creating engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, and other platforms. Current Projects A YouTube channel focused on podcast clips and viral moments.

Your responsibilities will include

- Creating short-form clips using OpusClip
- Reviewing and refining AI-generated clips
- Writing captions and titles
- Publishing content across multiple platforms
- Scheduling and organizing posts
- Maintaining a consistent posting schedule

The source content is primarily in Portuguese. Don't worry if you don't understand Portuguese, I will provide detailed guidance, workflows, examples, and instructions.



You'll mainly use translation tools and AI to understand the context before editing.

A gaming-focused personal brand featuring:

- Retro gaming
- Handheld gaming devices
- Game reviews
- Gameplay videos

- Social media content

You'll help create

- Motion graphics
- Shorts and Reels
- YouTube thumbnails
- Instagram posts
- TikTok videos

- Creative edits using gameplay footage
- Original visual concepts for social media

From time to time, we'll also create content for new ideas, marketing experiments, and digital products.

Responsibilities

- Manage multiple social media accounts
- Edit short and long-form videos
- Create graphics for social media
- Design YouTube thumbnails
- Produce motion graphics in After Effects
- Use AI tools to generate creative assets
- Schedule and publish content
- Organize content libraries
- Follow branding guidelines
- Suggest creative ideas and improvements
- Help maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all brands

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar)




- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong video editing skills
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Experience creating short-form content
- Experience with YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Veo, or similar)
- Good written English
- Organized and detail-oriented

Each week you'll receive a Kanban board containing your tasks, priorities, references, and deadlines.

The position is

- 100% Remote
- Full-time (approximately 8 hours/day)
- Flexible working hours

Since I'm based in Brazil, I care much more about results, communication, and reliability than about the exact hours you work.
