Company Description Kapsy is building the operating system for the world's coaches and experts. We're a small, fast moving team in Bengaluru, founded by engineers with deep AI infrastructure backgrounds. Every great coach — a Kathak dancer, a Carnatic vocalist, a chess master, a yoga teacher — hits the same ceiling: 1:1 teaching caps out at a few dozen students.

Kapsy breaks that ceiling with the Weekly Learning Loop: daily practice content, structured courses, AI-powered practice feedback, and live workshops that let a single coach teach thousands of students a year without diluting the craft. Our anchor coaches already teach 1,200+ students a year on Kapsy — and we're just getting started.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bangalore, India.

The Video

Editor will work closely with creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling and refining video sequences, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color grading to maintain visual consistency. The role also involves integrating motion graphics and visual elements, collaborating on storyboards and concepts,



and maintaining organized project files and assets.

Editor is expected to meet deadlines, follow brand guidelines, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to handle end-to-end creation and refinement of video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Delhi are beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, and prior experience in video editing or post-production, are beneficial.
