About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and have hands-on experience in creating engaging YouTube videos, Instagram Reels/Shorts, and podcast content .

You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging content that strengthens our digital presence and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging and trend-driven Instagram Reels and Shorts.
- Edit podcast videos and audio, including syncing, noise reduction, and sound enhancement.
- Add transitions, graphics, animations, text overlays, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the Content, Marketing, and Design teams.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain project files and media assets.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.




- Stay updated with the latest video editing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects .

- Solid understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and composition.

• Experience in editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and podcasts .

- Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Audition.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience working with a digital marketing, media, or EdTech company.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
