What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager for Salesforce & GTM Systems within Docusign's Applications Engineering Team, you will lead a high-performing engineering squad to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications across Salesforce, React, AWS, and Node.js backend services. You will collaborate across all GTM pillars-Sales, Success, and Partner to deliver secure, resilient,



and intelligent business solutions. This role requires a unique blend of deep Salesforce expertise, robust full-stack backend experience, and an AI-first mindset. You will steer the team away from traditional low-code configurations toward code-driven architectures, shaping the next generation of agentic and autonomous workflows within Docusign.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Engineering.

Responsibility
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of full-stack and Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Lead experimentation and integration of modern AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows into the GTM ecosystem
