Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pathology (MD/DM in Pathology) or equivalent.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a clinical or diagnostic pathology setting.
- Proficiency in histopathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology procedures.
- Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and digital pathology tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to medical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
