Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of industrial laundry machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Inspect, repair, and replace defective components.
- Prepare service reports after every customer visit.
- Provide technical support and basic operator training to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical assistance.
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments while maintaining high Customer satisfaction.
- Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- 1â2 years of experience in field service of industrial machinery.




- Experience in laundry machinery will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is preferred.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and at customer sites.
- Physically fit to handle installation and service activities.
