Job Title: HR Shared Services Lead, Dr. Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science Limited, JV

Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including onboarding, employee data, exits, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
- Sales Workforce Support: Enable seamless HR support for field force (MRs/sales teams)—onboarding, mobility, incentives coordination, and query resolution.
- Service Delivery: Drive SLAs, TATs, and employee experience through ticketing systems and standardized processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus) and maintain audit-ready processes aligned to pharma and global standards.
- HR Systems: Manage PeopleStrong HRMS, payroll inputs, ensure data accuracy, reporting, and drive automation/self-service.
- Vendor Management: Oversee payroll, background verification, and benefits vendors ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
- Dashboards – Preparation of various reports & dashboards in an agreed format
- Team Leadership:



Lead a high-performing HR Shared Services team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
- 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in HR Operations/Shared Services leadership
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG environments preferred
- Proven exposure to field force HR operations and high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Proficiency in HR & Sales Force Excellence systems (SAP, PeopleStrong or similar)

Reports to: HR Head and works closely with teams in DRL like HRIT, Employee Services Team, SFE Operations team, IT Team, etc.
