Role Summary

A reputed 5-star luxury resort in Nainital, Uttarakhand is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Executive to be based at its corporate office in Kalkaji, Current Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
hotel or resort industry and possess excellent communication, reservation
handling, customer service, and coordination skills. The candidate will be
responsible for handling reservation enquiries, coordinating with guests and
the resort team, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
incoming reservation enquiries through phone, email, and other
communication channels.
- Manage
room reservations, cancellations, modifications, and booking




confirmations.
- Provide
guests with accurate information regarding room categories, rates,
packages, availability, and resort facilities.
- Coordinate
with the resort's reservations/front office team to ensure accurate
booking information.
- Follow
up on enquiries and convert potential bookings into confirmed
reservations.
- Maintain
accurate reservation records and update booking details in the relevant
system.
- Coordinate
with guests regarding special requests, arrival details, preferences, and
other requirements.
- Handle
guest queries professionally and ensure timely resolution of
reservation-related concerns.
- Coordinate
with the sales and operations teams for group bookings, special events,
and other requirements.
- Maintain
regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to maximize
occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure
excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.
