Every student who joins MILE arrives with the same question: "Will this get me hired?" As Vice President – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, you will lead our MILE Career Outcomes & Placements function and own the single outcome that defines our promise: Employment.

? THE MANDATE (Mandatory Requirement)

- Experience: 10–15 years as Head of Training & Placement (Head – TnP) at a reputed, established institution (Engineering & Management domains only).
- Track Record: Proven ability to build and run a placement machine at scale, personal network with key corporate recruiters, deep understanding of placement seasons, and a history of driving YoY institutional placement growth.

? Drive Placement Outcomes at Scale

Set and deliver ambitious placement targets across MILE's registered students and partner-college cohorts—measured in offers made, packages secured, and careers launched.





? Build the Employer Network

Forge and deepen relationships with hiring companies—from high-growth startups to enterprise recruiters—so demand for MILE talent consistently outpaces supply.

? Elevate Partner Colleges

Serve as the strategic bridge between institutions and industry, lifting placement rates, employer footfall, and campus reputation for every partner college.

?️ Engineer Student Readiness

Support the end-to-end career journey—assessments, skilling, mock interviews, portfolio readiness, and interview conversion—so students walk into every room prepared to win.

? Lead a High-Performance Team

Build, coach, and scale a career-services organization that operates with the rigor of a sales team and the care of mentors.

? Make Outcomes Visible

Own key metrics (placement ratios, median packages, employer retention, time-to-offer) to turn them into proof points that win current colleges and corporate partners.

? Shape the Product

Collaborate with our platform and academic teams to embed career intelligence directly into MILE, ensuring readiness is built into the learning experience.
