Company Description Panigrahana Weddings is a full-service wedding solutions provider with over 10 years of combined experience in the wedding industry. The team specializes in managing end-to-end events to help couples experience a smooth and enjoyable wedding day. All services are managed in-house, supported by multiple vendors and specialists.

Offerings include wedding mehendi design, bridal makeup, hair styling and saree draping, photography and videography, catering, decor, and entertainment. The company also handles guest management, transportation, invitations, gifting, and other key aspects of wedding planning.

Role Description The Vendor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with in-house and external vendors across catering, decor, photography, makeup, entertainment, transportation, and other wedding services. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, ensuring service quality and timely delivery, and coordinating with the internal planning team to align vendor deliverables with event requirements.

The Vendor

Manager will also track costs,



manage procurement activities, resolve vendor-related issues, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Collaboration with operations and client-facing teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of events.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in procurement and sourcing processes, including vendor selection and cost optimization.
- Experience in contract negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Analytical skills to assess vendor performance, track budgets, and support data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or wedding planning is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with flexible hours around event schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, event management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and project management tools.
