Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vending Machine Refiller role based in Mumbai.

The Vending Machine

Refiller is responsible for visiting assigned vending machine locations, refilling products, and ensuring that machines are clean, presentable, and operating correctly. Daily tasks include checking stock levels, rotating products by expiry date, recording inventory usage, and reporting low stock or maintenance issues. The role involves basic troubleshooting such as clearing jams, restarting machines when needed, and coordinating with the technical team for repairs.



The refiller also interacts with site contacts in a professional manner, follows company safety and hygiene guidelines, and updates logs or mobile apps with accurate data after each visit.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic inventory handling and stock management skills, including counting items, tracking usage, and rotating products by expiry date.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand machine operation, perform simple troubleshooting, and report issues clearly.
- Candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills to plan routes, meet daily schedules, and maintain detailed service records.
- Candidates should possess good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, site staff, and internal team members.
- Candidates should possess physical stamina sufficient for lifting boxes, standing for extended periods, and traveling between locations.
- Previous experience in field operations, retail, logistics, or a similar role is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read instructions and use basic mobile or handheld devices is required.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards are essential.
