Job Title: Vehicle Integration Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Earth Moving / Off-Highway Equipment

Education: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities

>Lead system-level integration of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and controls systems. Develop and maintain machine-level layouts and interface requirements.

>Coordinate packaging of engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, tanks, coolingsystems and operator controls.

Perform clearance, accessibility, serviceability and maintainability reviews.

>Coordinate interfaces between different engineering disciplines.

Support prototype assembly, commissioning and troubleshooting.

>Conduct design reviews and resolve cross-functional integration issues. Support vehicle-level testing and validation.





> Ensure compliance with machine-level performance and functional requirements.

Required Skills

> Strong understanding of earth moving / construction equipment architecture. >Positive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control systems.
>
> Experience with 3D CAD and machine packaging.
>
> >Ability to understand and manage system interfaces. Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
>
> >Experience with excavators, loaders, drilling machines, cranes, dozers or similarequipment is preferred.
