We're hiring a UX/UI Designer to join our team. Experience level doesn't matter to us as much as skill and genuine passion for the craft. If you care about how things look, how they work, and why that difference matters, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Design UX/UI for real client products, from early wireframes through to polished, ship-ready screens
- Translate open-ended briefs into clear, well-reasoned design decisions
- Build and maintain design systems, and use them consistently across projects
- Prototype ideas quickly so new concepts can be tested and discussed early
- Join client conversations and turn feedback into concrete design direction
- Pay close attention to the details that are easy to skip: micro-interactions, empty states, error messages, and loading states
- Work closely with developers, strategists,



and other designers throughout each project

What we're looking for
- A portfolio that shows your thinking and your craft. Student work, freelance projects, and professional client work are all welcome
- Working knowledge of Figma, or the ability to pick it up quickly
- A clear understanding of the reasoning behind your design decisions, not just the final result
- An eye for accessibility and usability
- The ability to take feedback well and give it thoughtfully
- Genuine curiosity about design, and about how people use the things we build
