About Cuemath

We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting recent routes in the domain of

mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes

a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. This includes an immersive

development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building

mathematical aptitude.

There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world

mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemathâs mission is to

reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic

understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have

the potential to become thought leaders in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Editor, you will be part of the core team of content developers and subject matter





experts that creates digital and paper-based math learning resources for K-8 students. Specifically your

role will involve,
- Collaboration with curriculum designers: helping math specialists create engaging content by identifying layouts and templates that will be user friendly.
- Comprehensive editing: reviewing both content (for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate language) and form (for organization, visual design, and usability).
- Copyediting: ensuring that the education resources created are mechanically correct (spelling,punctuation, and grammar) and stylistically consistent.
- Proofreading: comparing the final version of the resources with the marked-up version to makesure that all corrections have been made.

Skills and Qualifications

You must have,
- A thorough understanding of maths concepts up to a graduation level
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning
- Strong written as well as oral English commu
