Job Summary
3M is seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to drive market penetration and revenue growth for the Electrical Cable Accessories portfolio in the Construction & Industrial (C&I;) segment. The role involves strategic engagement with end users, engineering consultants, EPC contractors, and key industrial accounts to drive product approvals, technology adoption, and sales growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive penetration and market share growth in the Construction & Industrial segment.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue quotas.
- Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across defined verticals.

Key Account Management




- Build and manage relationships with:
- End Users
- Engineering Consultants
- Electrical Contractors
- EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) Companies
- Develop strategic account plans for key accounts across India.
- Increase wallet share within existing accounts.

Product Approval & Technical Engagement
- Drive product approvals and specification inclusion with consultants and end users.
- Support trials, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Work closely with Application Engineering and Technical Teams for solution selling.

Pipeline & CRM Management
- Manage sales funnel using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
- Ensure timely reporting and pipeline hygiene.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams.
- Support current product launches and technology adoption initiatives.
