Summary

As a Crew Member at Burger King – Dwarka Sector 12, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great guest experience. You will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining hygiene, ensuring cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service—all while working in a rapid-paced and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Standards

Work efficiently across all assigned workstations, including kitchen, front counter, and dining area.

Prepare all menu items in line with Burger King’s quality and portion standards.

Ensure all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly as per company protocol.

Maintain a clean and secure kitchen, dining area, and washroom at all times.

Follow all company and legal guidelines regarding food safety, fire safety, health, hygiene, and security.

Immediately report any safety hazards, issues,



or concerns to the shift manager.

Customer Service

Serve customers with a friendly attitude, ensuring every order is hot, fresh, accurate, and neatly presented.

Provide condiments, napkins, and other accompaniments as needed.

Keep the dining area clean and presentable throughout the shift.

Assist customers by answering questions or promptly directing complaints or issues to the manager.

Be attentive to the needs of all customers including families with children, elderly patrons, and persons with disabilities.
