Impact & Contribution: Senior Engineering Manager – Database and DevSecOps enablement Crew. Accountable for leading engineering teams, developing engineering talent, driving technical strategy, and delivering business outcomes through technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop Engineering Managers, Chapter Leads, and engineers.
- Drive performance, career development, succession planning, and engagement.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability,



continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-performing teams.
- Set technical direction and engineering standards.
- Ensure high-quality software, platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence.
