POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Research Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for education or social impact, robust analytical skills, and the ability to generate insights that will inform and enhance our programs. As a Research Associate,



you will have the opportunity to work on projects that directly impact the enhancement of career and college counseling in high schools globally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

⢠Assist the Research Function in qualitative research projects, including but not limited to, literature reviews, data collection, and analysis.

⢠Engage in quantitative and qualitative research as instructed with the aim to inform the development and improvement of career and college counseling programs in high schools and inform institutions of higher education in relevant trends

⢠Analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present findings to contribute to evidence-based decision-making.

⢠Contribute to the development of research reports and publications as required.

⢠Stay informed about trends and best practices in education, career counseling, and higher education.

⢠Monitor program impact, collect key data points and provide evidence to inform effective and efficient program planning.
