Senior Technical Consultant AnalystKey Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer-facing consultant for Revenue Management (RM) and Dynamic Pricing solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and effectively navigate complex business discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Drive solution adoption by advising customers on industry best practices and business processes.
- Analyze large datasets and present actionable business insights through reports and visualizations.
- Work closely with Data Science teams to understand and explain model behavior, calibration, and business impact.
- Develop customer adoption roadmaps and provide strategic business consultancy.
- Identify business growth and upsell opportunities while supporting pre-sales activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9-10 years of experience in the Airline industry (mandatory), preferably in:
- Revenue Management (RM)
- Pricing
- Network Planning
- Master's Degree (mandatory) in Business Management, Engineering,



Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- Robust customer-facing consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage difficult customer conversations and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools.
- Exposure to Data Science-driven products/solutions and data interpretation.
- Fluent in English.
