1.5. Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to operate, monitor, and maintain all technical systems and infrastructure at the site during assigned shifts. The Shift Engineer ensures the protected, efficient, and reliable performance of equipment and facilities, responds promptly to technical issues, and supports continual improvement initiatives while upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality.
