Job Title: Vice President of Sales (Domestic & Export)

Reports To: Director / Managing Director

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: 15-30 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in both domestic and international markets with Pharma Machineries/ Capital goods equipment.

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Sales (Domestic & Export) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the company's sales efforts across both domestic and international markets. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and enhance customer relationships. The VP of Sales will manage a high-performing sales team and collaborate closely with other senior executives to align sales team with overall business objectives.



This role involves working closely with various departments, including Production, Customers, Administration, Purchase after Sales and service, to streamline domestic & export operation and address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement domestic and international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Identify recent market opportunities and create strategies to penetrate and grow in domestic and export markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of annual sales plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure targets are met.
