We are looking for a dynamic and trend-driven Buyer – Women’s Western Wear who will be responsible for driving category performance through effective assortment planning, trend analysis, vendor management, and pricing strategy. The role requires a solid understanding of fashion trends, customer preferences, and retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Trend Analysis

Monitor, study, and analyze market trends across women’s western wear categories

Translate market insights into actionable buying strategies

Analyze past sales data to forecast future demand and consumer buying patterns

2. Assortment Planning & Execution

Plan and execute a detailed assortment mix aligned with budgets and customer needs

Ensure the right balance of fashionability, variety, quality, and price

Drive the overall look and feel of the category

Buying & Vendor Management

Create and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts

Collaborate with vendors to source the right products and understand new trends

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements

Ensure timely procurement from approved and new vendors

4. Pricing & Profitability

Define and manage price architecture across categories

Candidate Profile

4–9 years of experience in Buying/Merchandising (Women’s Western Wear)
