Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage. Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations. Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
