Experience Required:

Experienced professionals with 6+ years of experience are encouraged to apply immediately. ⚡ URGENT REQUIREMENT - IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

✅ Minimum 6+ Years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Consulting, Relationship Management or related functions.

Key Responsibilities:





- Drive business growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and generate qualified business leads.
- Achieve revenue, sales and growth targets.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations and proposal discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and expand the company's market presence.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong communication, networking and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in Business Development and Sales.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, HR services, Labour Law and Statutory Compliance Services, Legal Services, Outsourcing or Related Industries will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and lead business initiatives.
- Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
