Position: Store Manager Retail Pharmacy

What We're Looking For

Graduate with relevant experience in Retail Pharmacy Operations

4+ years of experience, preferably in pharmacy/retail

Strong team handling & leadership skills

Positive communication & customer service skills

Strong knowledge of inventory & store operations

Ability to drive sales and achieve business targets

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations
- Manage & motivate the pharmacy team
- Drive sales, customer service & store performance
- Ensure accurate inventory, stock & expiry management
- Maintain pharmacy compliance and operational SOPs
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience
- Drive diagnostics & omnichannel business

• Ensure store hygiene and operational excellence
