About the Role

We are looking for a UI & PPT Design Intern who can turn rough ideas, business information, and unstructured inputs into clear, polished designs.

You will work across website interfaces, presentations, proposals, brochures, and social media creatives for Refynd Labs and its clients. This role is suited to someone who has strong visual judgment, can understand business requirements, and uses AI tools to explore ideas and produce quality work faster.

Key Responsibilities





- Design responsive website pages and user interfaces in Figma
- Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and design variations for client review
- Translate business requirements and content into clear, user-friendly website layouts
- Design company brochures, capability decks, reports, and other digital collateral
- Create qualified client proposals and high-impact presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Design branded social media posts and campaign creatives
- Use Midjourney and other AI tools to create or enhance visual assets
- Use ChatGPT Work and Claude Co-work to organise content, generate design directions, improve copy, and speed up execution
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour, spacing, imagery, and brand language across deliverables
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback, often within short timelines
- Organise editable source files, reusable components, templates, and final exports clearly

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, including UI design and interactive prototyping
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Canva
- Experience using Midjourney for visual ideation and asset creation
- Comfort using ChatGPT Work and Claude Co-work as part of the design workflow
- A good understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding




- Ability to simplify detailed or technical information visually
- Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines in a remote setup
- A portfolio showing relevant UI, presentation, brochure, brand, or social media design work

Good to Have
- Familiarity with technology, software, AI, SaaS, or digital products
- Previous design experience with an IT consulting, technology consulting, software, or SaaS company
- Experience designing business proposals, pitch decks, dashboards, or consulting presentations
- Basic understanding of responsive web design and developer handoff
- Strong business communication and copy sense
