Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and end users to create seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing,



and heuristic evaluations.
- Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Analyze user feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX standards.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, business, engineering, and end-user teams.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must-Have Skills: UX Design: User Research, User Personas, Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability Testing, User-Centric Design

UI Design: Visual Design, Responsive Design, Typography, Color Theory, Design Systems, Accessibility Standards / WCAG

Tools: Figma (Mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite

Collaboration &

Experience: Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Cross-functional Stakeholder Management, Design Reviews and Workshops, Strong Portfolio Demonstrating End-to-End UI/UX Projects, Wireframes, Prototypes and Design Systems, Responsive and Accessible Design Principles

Good-to-Have Skill:

- Experience in Healthcare, Finance,



Insurance, or Enterprise applications
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of frontend development concepts
- Experience designing AI/GenAI-enabled applications
- Data visualization and dashboard design
- AI/Generative AI application design
