Job Description:

*Key Responsibilities*
Operate VMC machines as per approved process parameters.
Perform job setting, tool changing, and offset adjustments.
Read technical drawings and machining process sheets.
Inspect components using measuring instruments.
Ensure proper clamping and fixture setup.
Monitor machine performance during operation.
Maintain coolant levels and machine cleanliness.
Follow safety standards and PPE requirements.
Report breakdowns, tool damage, or quality problems immediately.
Maintain daily production and inspection records.
*Skills Required*
Knowledge of VMC machine operation and machining process.
Understanding of tooling, inserts, and cutting parameters.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality checks.
Basic CNC program understanding preferred.
Qualification
ITI Turner / Machinist / Fitter.
*Experience*
Fresher to 5 years experience in VMC operation.
Preferred Knowledge
Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controller operation.
Basic TPM and 5S knowledge.
