Job Description: Job Description – Plant HR with IR

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) activities: union management, negotiations, settlements, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with all labour laws & statutory requirements such as Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments, Standing Orders, etc.

- Liaise with government authorities (Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, PF/ESIC) for inspections, audits, and licenses.

- Manage contract labour operations including contractor compliance, wage processing, and statutory adherence.

- Drive disciplinary procedures, domestic enquiries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution at the plant level.

- Oversee attendance, payroll inputs, shift planning, and workforce productivity.

- Support performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives at the plant.

- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices aligned with corporate guidelines.

- Coordinate with plant leadership to support industrial peace and operational continuity.
