Job Description: A Plant Manager oversees all daily operations of a manufacturing facility, focusing on production, safety, quality, and efficiency, including managing staff, coordinating schedules, controlling budgets, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining equipment to meet company goals. They bridge strategic objectives with operational execution, balancing cost-effectiveness with output. Key Responsibilities

- Production & Operations: Plan and coordinate production schedules, manage workflow, oversee machinery, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct checks, maintain equipment, and ensure adherence to all legal/environmental regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees and supervisors; resolve conflicts.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, identify cost-reduction measures,



and report on financial performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor processes and performance metrics to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inventory & Logistics: Oversee raw material replenishment, shipments, and storage.
- Strategy & Improvement: Analyze data, develop strategies for efficiency, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
