Job Description:

Position: Head - Maintenance

Location: Manesar - Gurugram

Experience: 12 - 20 Years

Industries: Printing /Packagnig

Responsibilities:

- Preventive Maintenance & Planning

- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all utilities and equipment including:
- DG Sets
- Compressors
- Air Washers
- Water Filters
- Air Conditioners
- Maintain machine-wise maintenance documentation and checklists.
- Breakdown Support & Reliability
- Ensure zero production loss due to pre-intimated equipment faults.
- Provide timely technical support during machine breakdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of all breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Inventory & Spares Management
- Manage inventory of spare parts with an average holding of no more than 6 months.
- Identify and implement localization of spares to reduce annual spare costs.
- Ensure availability of critical spares without overstocking.
- Utilities & Energy Management
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption (electricity, PNG, diesel) and suggest improvements.
- Ensure efficient functioning of power backup systems and air/water utilities.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain complete documentation for all machines, maintenance schedules, and interventions.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, team performance records, and internal KPIs.
- Attend and support internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Team Management & Discipline
- Supervise, train,



and evaluate maintenance team members.
- Enforce discipline within the team including proper use of uniforms, safety gear, and adherence to break timings.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- General Accountability
- Ensure interruption-free factory operations through planned and responsive maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the maintenance area.
- Support any additional work or special projects as assigned by the management.
- Instruments & Machines under Responsibility:
- Heidelberg Printing Machines
- BOBST Die-cutting and Pasting Machines
- Rigid Box Making Machines
- Corrugation Flute Board Machines
- Leaflet Folding Machines
- Power Generators
- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Required Skills :

- Ensure smooth and productive functioning of all production and utility equipment.
- Responsible for all maintenance-related incidents and their timely resolution.
- Ensure discipline and safety compliance within the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and incidents.
- Uphold cleanliness and order in maintenance zones and workshops.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

Salary :- Upto 24.00 LPA
