Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing the Financial Strategy of the company.
- Establishing liaison with all major banks
- Managing formalities for foreign trade like LC, advance license, DGFT matters, Forex, hedging etc.
- Organize Funding at best possible terms for the organization
- Spearhead all JV, mergers and acquisitions for the organization
Qualification: CA.
Candidates Profile :
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking
- Previous experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Banking and accounts to be overseen.
