Job Description

- Study customer RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements
- Collaborate with design, application, and engineering teams to develop feasible machine concepts using Solidworks 3D model
- Identify the right and Cost effective component (e.g., Machine Element, actuators, motors, sensors, PLCs) and ensure technical compatibility.
- Estimate machine cycle time, throughput, and performance metrics
- Prepare accurate cost estimations based on concept design, components, bought-outs, and man-hours to build machine
- Develop preliminary BOM (Bill of Materials) with Costing,



in coordination with the engineering team
- Create and Submit techno-commercial proposals,
- Participate in technical discussions or clarification meetings with customers
- Visit the customer site whenever required

Desired profile

- Experience:- 5-7yr
- Education:- Diploma B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
- Sound knowledge of CAD software (Auto CAD & Solid works) is must.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and assembly techniques will be an added advantage.
- Team handling experience.
