Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing skilled with a strong background in B2B industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and acquire new customers in industrial markets.
Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business.
Explore new market segments and business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and understand customer requirements.
Handle customer negotiations and commercial discussions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations

Prepare quotations in coordination with internal departments.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality,



and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
Monitor order status until successful delivery.

Market Development

Study market trends and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for new product development.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Expand business in existing and new territories.

Target Achievement

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions.

Reporting

Prepare Daily Visit Reports (DVR).
Maintain CRM/customer database.
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Present business updates to management.
