Key requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate formal qualification in either Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/ Administration or equivalent experience in in administering a similar solution
- Experience in design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives, project and change management, ideally in a complex global organisation
- Functional knowledge and experience in managing ServiceNow HRSD previously. Experience with Tier 1 Cloud solutions (Oracle etc.)
- Experience consulting with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility in working hours. There may be some regular calls outside of normal business hours to connect with global team
- Experience working in regional or global team (desirable)
