Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core Windows services.
- Help with patch management, system updates, and security configurations.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT team members on infrastructure projects and daily operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.




- Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, and system administration tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices or helpdesk ticketing systems.

- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
