Role Summary

A leading stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand its customer base and strengthen relationships with OEMs, wholesalers, railway EPC contractors, and industrial clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling end-to-end customer relationships, from lead generation and quotation management to order execution and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from OEMs,



wholesalers, traders, distributors, and railway EPC contractors.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market opportunities.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to strengthen business relationships and understand their requirements.

Sales and Customer Management
- Prepare quotations and proposals according to customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with customers to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer orders.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and rejection-related concerns efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
