Role Overview

We are a Chennai-based IT solutions company seeking a mid-level Accounts & Finance Executive to support and manage daily accounting and finance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting operations, taxation compliance, and cloud-based accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities
- Manage GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and documentation
- Support Income Tax filings, and statutory audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure statutory compliance
- Work on cloud-based accounting software such as Zoho Books or similar platforms




- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and tax consultants

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com or M.Com with relevant accounting experience
- 4â5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
- Working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
- Experience using cloud-based accounting tools (Zoho Books preferred)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
